All our Face & Body treatments begin with a Traditional Thai Welcome Touch to help remove the traces of urban living & ease the Mind, body and spirit.

Body Brushing

Our Body Treatments all start with a complimentary Body Brushing which helps to lift dryness and stimulate the circulation and lymph systems to effectively move toxins out of the body.

Breathing

Your therapist throughout all your treatments will encourage deep slow breathing with essential oils. This will help to calm the mind and oxygenate & destress every cell in your body

Tingsha Bells

At the end of your treatment Tibetan Tingsha Bells are chimed to ease you back into awakening. The bells are used by the Tibetan Monks at the end of pray & mediation.
