Eden Skin & Body Spa is a wellness space established in Mona Vale on the Northern Beaches of Sydney since 2005.

Our purpose-built space includes seven luxurious treatment rooms, an infrared sauna, rain shower and a hydrotherapy spa.

We have a team of experienced skin and body therapist dedicated to providing you with a personalized experience based on holistic care.
Purpose and intention are consciously layered
into every service we provide. We specialize in holistic facials, intuitive massage, gentle energy healing and wellbeing rituals.

Our philosophy is to combine active botanicals and traditional rituals with targeted techniques and high touch therapies with the goal of creating a space to rest and turn inwards, so that we can restore optimal health and well being to your skin and body.

We believe in slowing down and being in the present moment, so that we are more then just a spa we are a way of life.
